Q. Can I see a sample of what the final product is going to look like?
A. Yes, we can provide a digital proof (at an additional cost)

Q. How do I setup my artwork?
A. Please refer to the Artwork Setup Guide on our website

Q. Do you deliver? Or Can I pick-up my order?
A. We deliver Australia wide, alternatively, you can arrange your own-pick-up.
     Please advise us when placing your order.

Q. What is your turn-around time?
A. We generally turn orders around within 48 hours upon placing order, business cards may
     take up to 7 working days.

Q. How can I pay?
A. We accept payment in either cash, credit card, EFT or cheque.

Q. Can I pay after I receive my order?
A. Our terms are strictly COD, full payment must be recieved in order for order to be dispatched

Q. I want to print 1000 flyers, but I want 500 of one kind and 500 of the other, will I still be
    charged the 1000 rate.
A. No, due to setup costs, you will be charged the 500 rate twice.
